Join Katherine McLain, M.A., LPC, E-RYT 500, Certified Hakomi Therapist, for a transformative month-long meditation program designed to integrate mind, body, and spirit. September 28 - October 30 Monday through Friday 8:30 to 8:50 AM (20 minutes) Sessions are held online and recorded for repeat viewing or missed classes. Meeting live five mornings a week, this course blends Kripalu Yoga (the yoga of compassion), the Hakomi Method, and somatic parts work to move you from foundational mindfulness into deep internal alignment. Over four weeks, you will progress from body-based concentration to exploring Witness Consciousness and the 'Self.' You will learn to contact and listen to your inner parts, providing the 'missing experiences' needed for emotional healing. This program bridges the ancient yogic wisdom of the Sankhya darshan with modern psychological insights, offering practical tools for skillful living and improved relationships. Whether you are a beginner or looking to deepen your existing practice, this immersive experience provides the heart-centered awareness necessary to foster lasting peace and personal sovereignty. CE's available for counselors and yoga instructors. Additional training is availbe to receive a Certificate in Somatic Meditation, recognized by the Yoga Alliance, empowering you to lead trauma-informed, somatic parts work meditation with confidence to yoga students and clients.
