About
Yoga
Yoga is not an act of performance; it is a sovereign return to oneself. With a background rooted in Kripalu Yoga, I guide students away from the 'noise' of the external world and toward the Middle Path of stability and self-regulation. My teaching is built on the principle of Brahmacharya—the wise use of energy—helping you build a practice that is substantial, rhythmic, and deeply restorative. We don't practice to fit into a pose; we practice to inhabit our own lives with more clarity and strength.
Personal Growth
I believe that true healing and lasting change arise from a place of deep self-awareness and compassionate presence. I offer a unique approach to personal growth that integrates yoga, meditation, and mindfulness-based coaching to guide you on a journey of profound self-discovery.
My philosophy is rooted in the principle of mindfulness: the understanding that real transformation occurs not through force, but through gentle awareness. By cultivating a state of relaxed, non-judgmental attention, we can access the root causes of our habitual thoughts, feelings, and behaviors – material often hidden from traditional talk therapy.
