Step into a slower, kinder way of practicing yoga. The 4-Week Gentle Kripalu Yoga Series is an invitation to move with compassion, curiosity, and deep listening—so you can feel more at home in your body and in your life. Monday's from 5 - 6:15 PM (Mountain Time) April 27 - May 18 Sessions are live online and recorded for those who can't attend live. Rooted in the Kripalu tradition, each week offers accessible, breath-led sequences, mindful holds, and restorative practices designed to support nervous-system regulation, flexibility, strength, and ease. You’ll be guided to honor your body’s signals, adapt postures to your needs, and cultivate a steady inner witness—whether you’re new to yoga, returning after time away, or simply craving a gentler pace. Woven throughout the series are philosophies inspired by the Feldenkrais Method: using mindful movement and refined attention to improve the mind-body connection and expand your options for how you move, feel, and respond. As you explore subtle shifts in sensation, effort, and alignment, you may begin to notice the core beliefs and attitudes you carry about yourself—your capabilities, your place in the world, and your felt sense of belonging. This program creates space to gently highlight those patterns, meet them with awareness, and open real opportunities to transform them. Expect a supportive progression over four weeks, with practices you can return to anytime. You’ll leave with practical tools for self-care, greater body awareness, and a more trusting relationship with yourself—on and off the mat.
