This 4-week gentle yoga program runs from April 27 through May 18 on Mondays from 5:00 to 6:15 PM. This series is specifically designed for aging bodies, chronic pain, and relieving stress. The curriculum focuses on decreasing total body inflammation, improving immune function, and boosting mood through the practice of Kripalu yoga. This style offers a gentle, mindfulness-based approach to listening compassionately to the body and reconnecting with your inner vitality.
